Got my diploma in the mail. While I'm very proud, somehow for some reason they spelled my surname in ALL CAPS GOTHIC BLOCK FONT. Which, tbh, is metal AF. I have also attached a rendition of this band's t-shirt from 1983

My whole portfolio in these positions since last Tuesday. Various inverses, two big puts, and some gold and Germany for mild diversification. I saw this coming and it was not hard to see.

New net migration just dropped. My main takeaways: Miami has now hit its inevitable limits, and now joins the major out-migration club as the region doesn't build enough housing and has priced itself out. Minneapolis bucks the "old and cold" trend, likely on willingness to build more housing.
