First instinct was to choose all Buffy characters, especially your choices as they are the good ones, but they're already taken lol 😂. So to keep it different, here are my other 4 favorite female characters that I adore.

I don't know why, but I just adore Rumi's expressions as they are the most adorable & funniest things. And like Buffy, Rumi needs to be protected at all costs as she doesn't deserve all the hardship & Celine's BS that she goes through and needs a big comforting hug 🥺

Every year I always try to keep my favourite films of the year list to a top 10. But this year I've extended it to top 20 as not only has this been a really great year for movies, but the ONLY reason it's top 20 is so KDH stays on the list, that's how much I love this movie & will champion it.

The stats this has achieved are crazy. Quite literally, the little film that could. And one that has become bigger than anyone would ever expect, but absolutely deserves everything. Even that brief time Your Idol was the #1 song, only to be overtaken by Golden was like a coincidental/destined sign.

Yeah I got that same vibe as well, Buffy confronting the Master. The scene before that, where Rumi confronts Celine reminded me of when Joyce finds out that Buffy is a slayer, but this time it's Celine who can't bring herself to fully accept Rumi for who she is and that heartbreaking line from Rumi.

For a film that's been out for over 2 months, its momentum has not slowed down, and i'm glad we've gotten a movie that's amassed a huge following with fan stuff galore with my favs obviously being the Rumi & Jinu ones. But also how I've come across others who have nothing but praise & love for this.

But when it's the other way around I like that more as it's the idea of a villain realizing they're wrong & trying to do the right thing even with the hurdles being mountain-sized. With Angel it's an even harder journey as it's his lack of soul that puts him back 2 steps, but he tries his damnedest.

Once again, a film that is nearly 2 months old has overtaken the newest release offerings by Netflix that can't even come close to how great #KpopDemonHunters is. At this point, it deserves to stay at #1 until Netflix can offer something truly worthwhile & amazing to watch.

I don't mean to, but I just can't help but compare and be surprised by how similar the chemistry & banter is between Buffy & Angel and the main couple from Kpop Demon Hunters, Rumi & Jinu are. Both couples share a lot of adorably cute moments and great dialogue exchanges.

One of my favorite new physical movie purchases. Two 80s classics and the Connery 007 4Ks. Along with a few brand new @imprintfilms.bsky.social releases, including the last Scorsese film that I haven't seen.

Watched The Avengers - The Master Minds
3 eps in & I can safely say I'm hooked. Surprised at how long each episode is but the way they are paced it never feels like it's going on & on. Plus it helps that Steed & Mrs. Peel are the perfect duo that complement each other so well & are so entertaining.

Was confused why this was 2nd on the 1st disc when it's listed as a later episode. I guess they decided to change the episode order.
For as goofy as the premise is, the writing more than treats it seriously & intelligently enough to still make it a solid ep

I immediately liked Steed's protectiveness of Mrs. Peel as up to this point he had been lighthearted & jokey, but when her life is in danger he is quick to change his tone and show he isn't messing around.

Mrs. Peel's introduction is brilliant right off the bat. Very quickly matching Steed in terms of wit & having a presence that lights up the screen. Played by the beautifully charming Diana Rigg who I had seen & liked from On Her Majesty's Secret Service & continues to be a joy to watch here.
