I don't feel like going over all the rest individually but here are some more. And I feel the need to point out Cave Story because this was my first proper Indie game experience. A big inspiration to me and for a time I wanted to make my own games.

Anyways. Gaaaames! 3/3
Miitopia, 150+ hours between 2021 and 2025. Not 3DS but when Miitopia came out for the switch I was ecstatic! And gave me hope for Tomodachi Life being ported over. A lot of that time was spent making Miis- with the advanced makeup options, it was easy to just get sucked into the creation process. I ended up making so many Miis, and there's a site I uploaded some of my designs to! Cave Story. Though I didn't rack up as many hours in this, with 40 days and 30 hours spread between 2013-2017, it remains one of my favorite games to this day, and was my first indie game experience outside of online flash games. I ended up getting a copy for PC so I haven't touched the 3DS version much. The soundtrack lives rent free in my head. Part of what allured me towards Undertale originally was because of the slight similarities between the two. These two games, and the flash games I grew up playing, inspired me to chase after game dev for a time in high school, I even took a game dev class. But then I learned about the state of the games industry and was sort of discouraged... Anyways. Please play Cave Story. Screenshot of my over 10 hour games, including Luigi's Mansion (which my 3DS came with), Cave Story, Streetpass, Fifa, Inazuma Eleven, and Megaman VIz And a few Pokemon games.

Some more stats. I loved making Miis since the Wii. Pokemon Art Academy there was basically my introduction to digital art, along with the Miiverse drawing tool. It was the only art software I used for a while. Maybe I'll share some of that stuff in the future.

Smash was fun. 2/3
Mii Maker. Again, obsessed with making Miis and playing around with them. Because there was limited space though, I often had to transfer them to Tomodachi Life or Miitopia before I felt I could delete any to make more, just so I knew I had a backup. Miis are cool, okay? Pokemon art academy. 208 days played between 2015 and 2018, with 200+ hours. My first art software and I definitely put it to good use. I used to make little Pokemon comics in it. They weren't great by any means but I enjoyed it. Smash. 259 days between 2014 and 2018. 200+ hours. The lead-up to this game's release was insane. Especially on Miiverse- Sakurai posted weekly photo updates for a good while. In the meantime the Smash community on Miiverse was a shitpost utopia. The number of inside jokes I still remember... there were people who got popular through comics they made through there as well. Archdan, I still remember you. Anyways the game itself was great. The Smash series in general basically introduced me to the wider world of games through Brawl. Though, I was disappointed the 3DS game didn't come with the kind of story mode Brawl had with Subspace Emissary. But my brother and I played all the time. Youtube, 128 days between 2014 and 2018, 250+ hours. Not a lot of alternatives for watching Youtube without borrowing the family iPad, so... yeah :p

So I ended up downloading the new Nintendo store app to see my game stats.

Now you all get to see just how obsessed I was with Pokemon Y throughout high school. And read stuff in the alt text about my experiences.

I still play it through other means. It remains my favorite Pokemon game.

This isn't completely accurate because I *have* touched that save file since, but apparently I haven't had my 3DS connected to the internet since 2020. Miiverse. 172 days played between 2015 and 2017. 150+ hours. I put a lot of art and stuff on there. Kinda miss the friends I had made there, and the memes, especially before Smash was set to release. But also... Miiverse was a mess. The moderation wasn't great. Lots of questionable stuff being posted, and lots of questionable people. It had both a positive and negative impact on my life. But hey, I got to talk to both SrPelo and Slamacow there once so that's cool! Tomodachi Life. 197 days and 250+ hours between 2014 and 2019. I also still occasionally touch this. My obsession with making Miis was fed by this game which allowed them all to interact in fun ways. It's like an ant farm except for Miis and they're more fun to watch. I am very excited for the new Tomodachi Life game!

Replaying Pokemon Y and I forgot about all the street battling in Lumios. It explains why they're putting so much emphasis on that in Legends ZA lol

After being approached by me, the player, a Lumiose City NPC says "Being able to battle in the middle of a great city is quite glamorous, right?" An option box appears with "Yes" and "No", choosing yes will start a battle. The start of a battle with said NPC. They sent out a Roselia against my Greninja "Kakashi", whose HP is already down past half because I foolishly left him in to be seeded and get hit with a Giga Drain. Please forgive my ignorance, Kakashi. I spy a Black Belt as he waits at the end of a long, dark alleyway. He's just standing there... menacingly!

If you can manage to find one, a Wacom Intuos Pro. The round part you can switch between using for changing brush size, zooming, changing layers and rotating canvas. Has a wire but also a usb bluetooth option, can toggle using the tablet as a touch pad as well. Good sensitivity and doesn't stutter-

LMAO, Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity was the very first Sonic game I ever played and it was such an underwhelming experience. The controls were so garbage, I gave up playing after just the first race. And I haven't touched it in over 15 years.

So excited to be part of the upcoming @pokeearthcollab.bsky.social animated collab. Working on Gastly, not sure what kind of wispy style I want to go for them yet, so have some doodles.
Doodles of the Pokemon Gastly, a ghost Pokemon that's mainly just a dark sphere. There are three sketches: In the bottom left, a tiny Gastly making a >:D face with a wispy style more accurate to the original style, rough and almost crumbly (that's a weird way to describe it but that's how it is to me lol). To the right is a larger Gastly laughing, with a rounder, goopy wisp cloud around it. Above both of them is a mix of the two, closer to what flames look like.
