I'm not the biggest fan of the condo gym, but I can't deny that when the week is tight, that's a great solution to optimize time and still keep my routine and goals - with the addition of having the entire gym for myself most of the time 🤪

I WISH! But I have lots of self-image and self-esteem issues, and, although I do post lots of selfies and even shirtless pics, I think it is more for external validation (or a help scream) than a show off vibe.
But you tell me, do you consider me a show off? Why?
