I'm sure he does. There are times I'm fully on his side, but there are also times where I'm livid he refuses to catch the ball...ever...it drives me nuts lol. I don't think I'd call Ramsdale the best personally, but I think he's plenty good enough. I'd take Pope out of the spotlight if it were me.

That's why you have competition for places... When a players form is dipping for whatever reason, get the other player in.
November 27, 2025 at 3:48 PM
I think it's a bit harsh on Pope to try and put too much blame for team's bad form on him, but I also think Dubz when he's in form is one of the best there is. Mixed bag from me, but finding a player for any position that's in top form the whole season is tough. Comp for places should be every pos.

Incinerators for everyone!

Did they buy Joe Linton some shin guards? The maxi pads he had in there were a stupid idea for someone with his play style lol.

I haven't used X in about a year now. No plans of going back to that shit show

I take it Dubs had a bad day...

Anybody trying to read into this anything other than him stating the obvious fact that in professional sports you just never know...but he's happy and not considering leaving... is an idiot or a "journalist" baiting clicks from idiots.

Nonsense indeed. I don't think overreacting will help anyone.

That aside, as much as I like him and his wonderful performances for us... Can Pope honestly not catch the ball? Like ever? What is that about? Two goals prevented today if he just catches the ball.

... They also make voting hard enough that only 30-some%of eligible people voted for him and he still won majority and delegates. It's a complete failure of the system (as it's supposed to be anyway), and the opposing party. US needs a voting holiday with better access (plus ranked choice voting+++)
October 29, 2025 at 11:48 AM
Pretty sure his brain dribbled put long ago.

Also, I'm convinced he won just based on the party swing. They've been dumbing down the general population so long they believe everything they see on FB and they just vote party line like Dems are the literal devil...

"these are all health-oriented stand-up desks, with your well-being in mind" (we're not buying you chairs lol, get back to work)

Eddie has 100% more experience than me and this is armchair coaching, so there's probably a reason, like saving Murphy for Champs for ex., but I think he's trying to brute force the system change and make Elanga figure it out when Murphy has proven more adaptable and a fantastic crosser of the ball
October 20, 2025 at 5:05 PM
Also, I think EH has bee trying to give Elanga time, but Nick is going to need balls into him (at feet preferably unless the right headed opportunity is actually there) and Murphy is better at that. Murphy also disappeares 2nd half, so that would be the best time to use Elanga as impact sub.
October 20, 2025 at 5:05 PM
Add to that Elanga is also new to everything here (tactics, teammates, patterns, etc.) and all of it takes time to gel. We're seeing glimpses, but the transition is about what's new as much as Isak leaving. I'm quite excited to start seeing more linkup with Bruno, Nick, and Elanga. Positivity there.
September 26, 2025 at 4:31 PM
It's a combo revolving more about the change re: patterns of play and formation tweaks. EH focuses on these obsessively and NW allows them to completely change the system and patterns: not something that happens overnight. Wissa would've allowed a transition period (or getting Nick in much earlier).

I respectfully disagree that simply carrying a gun or knife is an "act of violence". I don't believe I'll convince you otherwise and I won't try to (no intention of arguing with you). I follow the stats, science, and believe people can do better. Acts like this are wrong even if he was an asshole.
September 11, 2025 at 1:51 PM
Yeah, it's definitely different. Usually people of sound enough mind to make that kind of plan and do the practice required to be successful are of sound enough mind to not do such things. There are definitely examples over the years of it, but it's rare compared to the more common deranged idiots.
September 11, 2025 at 1:39 PM
I get what you're saying. Yes, what I'm advocating for is harder and our leaders are focused on dumbing people down as much as possible, so all paths lead to failure with current admin. I just don't think the right path is authoritarian removal of individual freedoms. I'd rather do the hard work.
September 11, 2025 at 1:32 PM
The actual problems that lead to violence. Whether it be mental health, poverty, access to Healthcare, improved education...politicians seem to want us just arguing over guns and mass shootings than trying to do the hard work of solving the cultural/societal problems that lead to violence.
