I appreciate what you are saying. And I also want to see the guilty severely punished for their crimes. However, without due process, we would be as bad as the MAGAs, ICE and the current administration. We need to follow the example of the Nuremberg trials and extract real justice.

He will be pardoned for federal crimes when the VP ascends to the presidency. He will need to be tried in state courts — probably New York so he cannot be pardoned when he’s convicted.
