I'm a huge fan of this. I buy it by the case. It goes into the laundry and I mix it with an all purpose cleaner and water for every day cleaning & a spray deodorizer and disinfectant.

Mom's travel walker fits in airplane overhead compartments and under the seat. It fits under a two person restaurant booth. Amazing flight attendants and restaurant hostesses. Best $125 I've spent for travel.

Murphy has started to alert me or the caregiver about Mom. We think we have figured out why. He does it when her blood pressure is high. He is trained to "cuddle" when I have a panic attack. He does the same thing to Mom when her BP is high. If he can't calm her, he comes to me or the caregiver.

Mom is in bed for the night. Bed alarm is on if she needs to get up. Windows open. Fans running. Dog with his chin on my shoulder. Lying in bed watching The Repair Shop. 30 minutes of me time feels decadent.

Set up an investment account today with an automatic monthly buy. Made my grandson the beneficiary. It's not much now, but it will add up.

After my hour of hammock time, I got mom up, dressed, and fed. Made a bunch of omelettes and roasted potatoes for breakfast today and the next five days, made lunches, and now doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen.
