A really rare experience today. I have read an entire 400 page book from cover to cover! The Rivers of London novels by Ben Aaronovitch are brilliant and Lies Sleeping was possibly my favourite so far. I can't recommend the series highly enough.

When your new book is trying to tell you something 🤔🤔 Not winter anxiety for me, but uncertainty about the immediate and long-term future. Time to meet it head on with whatever it might bring.

Well that's one of those moments that can never be repeated. Annie Lennox was so lovely at the sound check and that put us at ease but to hear and see her so close was actually a very emotional experience. Seventh row of the arena tonight as our amazing day continues.
