Ugh. Gross

Did everyone forget about earphones? Like, I'm not crazy, everyone was fucking obsessed with air pods and and raycons and the like a couple of years ago. But now, the amount of people I hear blasting their tiktoks and their YouTube videos lately is ridiculous. It's near constant every time I go out.

It's always kinda been there, guess it just kinda got drowned out with everything else going on.

Fuck, this year has been a fucking rollercoaster, emotionally.

But I'm doing better. Mostly.

Hopefully I can finally muster up the mental will to start working out again though.

And now, almost at the end of the year, I finally feel the best I've felt in almost 2 years mentally. Now I want to start to work on myself physically. My health is great (somehow considering the garbage I eat), but I'm in piss pour shape, and the body dismorphia is rearing it's head again a little.

Sending you hugs. I went through a LONG period of unemployment over a decade ago, and I know how soul crushing it can be. Depression is a bitch.
