Ah yah :) It adds a nice tension cuz sometimes you can only pay with cards your opponent will probably want. It also adds a slight “take that” mechanic in that you can deny the other player a card they’re clearly hoping for by using it to trigger emptying the clearing.

Will def check that project out. AIs have been especially great with corner cases when I manually upload rules PDFs; those can be so tricky to find when it’s an innocuous sentence on an unexpected page.

Why the condition on Blue Prince? ^_^ I adore it so much: tile placement board game feel plus my love of roguelikes (which granted not everyone has haha), compelling story, also scratches my solo board game (which granted not everyone has haha) .. required reading IMO :) (good luck on the campaign!)
