This made my week: A planner from our suburban neighbors to the west (Hopkins) emailed me to ask for support in starting a cargo bike library.

I love hearing about bike shops that offer loaner bikes.
With so many people/families using cargo bikes as car replacements for daily transportation, having a bike out of commission for a repair can be challenging.

Urban Arrow is back in the shop for (hopefully minor) shifter issues and also getting her winter boots on. This means Halifax Cycles has let us borrow the R&M Carrie!

I love hearing about bike shops that offer loaner bikes.

The Minneapolis Cargo Bike Library program had a wildly successful first year, and as an electric cargo bike guy, it's easy to see why! Getting people a chance to see how insanely practical a utility bike becomes when you get electric help with the weight of kids and cargo means replacing car trips
