British poet and filmmaker James E. Kenward has a unique approach to musical composition in his poetry films. I wanted to learn a little bit more about that... Dave Bonta: So many otherwise brilliant poetry films are ruined for me by a faux-classical piano soundtrack—aimless major-key tinkling that many people seem to find atmospheric. I grew up listening to actual classical music, though, and this garbage drives me up the wall.
