Thanks!! I wondered how you did it. I could never manage all that on the day of a party. Yes, the syrup from the apple peels really caught my eye in this recipe. The way you did the crust on yours was prettier than the example! Thanks again! I’m going to try this for my small TG gathering. 🤗

Looks amazing! My aunt was the best cook. She always boiled the apple peels in a little water to make a super sweet syrup to add to her apple pies.
Do you think you could make these a day ahead to be served the next day? Just leave them out on the counter?
