There is a single name I cannot stand in fiction because of someone I knew IRL. Sometimes I will push myself to finish books, TV shows whatever with it but it still makes me kinda nauseous.

Start small, set yourself A FUN challenge (not something that will make you miserable), don't punish yourself for not writing.

I'm making sure to do at least 5 a day but I'm only doing a few hours of editing, you may need more for longer work hours.
