Seven years ago today, I got the worst news imaginable. I miss my son every second of every day. In honor of my son, and all those missing a loved one, do something kind or unexpected.

There’s a fire in Moss Landing, CA. It’s a power plant with lithium batteries. No one sure how to put it out and the air is toxic. Praying it avoids homes and people.

Today is the annual worldwide candle lighting for those who have lost a child, friend, or loved one. Who will you light a candle for? I lite mine for my son, Alex. I miss him every second of everyday.
