Yesterday I figured out how to make delicious gluten free southern biscuits. The secret was to reduce the flour and add an egg to the buttermilk.

Were you aware that Etto pasta makes Craft Pasta honoring Italian traditional pasta methods? So, so many shapes but the most fun are those shaped like cats and dogs. Great gifts for pet lovers. I don’t sell it or have a link for some flim flam credit. I’m just amazed by the purity and playfulness.
