EMDR is a therapeutic best practice in the treatment of trauma. I have seen it heal deeply-complex PTSD. That they are gutting the VA, which would vastly reduce access to care is unconscionable.
My mom is a therapist who contracts with the VA to do EMDR with vets experiencing PTSD. She loves her vets and worries greatly about what might happen to them with all the insane cuts Musk and Trump are causing.
