It is. They got relegated last year, appointed him and Are unbeaten so far in the league and also have reached the cup final (simular to the FA-cup). Yeah your Absolutely right. Without Everton I’m not to sure how close I would have followed football anymore. So much wrong going on.

I was born an Evertonian so never had a real soft spot for any Norwegian team!really. Followed Viking in my youth (like a kopite) looking out for the results - games on tv etc, never really touched my heart. Watched HamKam live (closest to where I grew up), but now I watch Lillestrøm with my son.

They are doing great this season. Equal on points with Bodø Glimt at the top of the table with 10 games to go. And Stavanger is a beautiful town btw.

Think he’s decent. Only managed in lower leagues up to now. Tok charge back in june and has recorded 2 wins, 4 draws and 4 losses so far. Still in danger of a potential relegation.

He’s still in football btw. Currently manager at HamKam in the top division in Norway. Doing alright. Met him on my way back home after Southampton back in May. Very nice blokke. Still loves Everton.

Spot on there Ronny🎯Best window since 2013 me think. Great attacking performance on saturday. Strong and (as you say) balanced central line with flows of creativity and flair on each side. What a time to be a blue💙

I don’t question that, you might be right. Dublin went to MU the year before we sold Beardsley and was injured the summer PB left. Remember we were after DD when still at Cambridge. I rated Beardsley very highly and together with Watson prevented is from being relegation contenders.

Agree, but he himself wanted to go back to Newcastle after they got promoted. Not a question about him no longer being wanted as far as I recall.

Absolutely. Probably had something to do as well with Harvey trying to renew and making it his team. Brought in McCall in 88 and Rehn (complete failure) in 88 in central mid.

Absolutely. Lost for words really. Something that will live with us forever. Need some more days before I’m able to look forward to the next era for the club. But first let’s make sure the geordies lose out on Champions league.
