I had a client's mom come into orientation with us on his first day of work....

Do not EVER go into your adult child's job on their first day and override the professional that's there to teach them how to be independent.

That's not mommy's job.

It’s about keeping women in precarious economic situations and positioning them socially as subhuman incubators while extracting as much free labor from them as possible & giving men an illusion of authority in their personal lives so they don’t mind that the government controls them. So obvious.

The U.S. is mirroring a pattern that has happened in authoritarian regimes around the world. When a government erects barriers to reproductive care, it doesn’t just cause death and suffering for women and their families. Such policies are often a first step in the gradual decline of democracies.

I've had a family for 20 years. Any time off has been spent on dentist appointments, school functions, summer days without childcare. It's seen as a liability.
For men? It makes them look stable & responsible.
