I only played those 2 GBA fire emblem games and they were definitely too talky. It wouldn't be a bad thing if the talk was good, but it was rephrasing everything I heard 5-6 time before with a pinch of something new.

I've felt this way all of my life and around 2015 and got into consoles for the first time since the Dreamcast and ps1 and I could never go back to PC again. I could not stand to see a desktop image on my tv screen. Also dumb little specific devices are fun. It feels like I'm trading money for time.

I wonder if the devs had to go through horrible medical pictures of eye gore for reference. I wonder the same for the poopy toilets in resident evil 7. That's gotta be a horrible job for a few days.
