Sweet stuff
I made a Bsky content manager site because of Requests and I wanted it. You can:

• import your history
• search w keywords, dates, # of likes, replies ...
• find, delete, or export things individually or in bulk
• download official backup (.CAR)
• some basic stats :)

I CANNOT RETRIEVE YOUR DATA
Skymarshal - Bluesky Content Manager
Search, filter, and manage your Bluesky posts, replies, likes, and reposts. Delete unwanted content in bulk or individually. Export your data as CSV or CAR backups.

Please - stop doing the screenshot no link thing on Bluesky. This platform does not punish you for posting a URL. You picked up the habit from Meta apps? Stop doing Mark Z's bidding. Link ESPECIALLY to authors, reporters, bloggers, etc. where you quote the work.

I've said this before and I'll say it again: I'll take simple, readable #CSS code over clever-looking one any day.

I'm more impressed with simplicity that achieves the same result than I am with "cool, complex" solutions that produce the same results.

Another great list of examples to throw into the anti-JS pile. If you’re a web developer who hasn’t paid attention to CSS in a while, give this a read!

I wrote about the administration’s “national design studio,” and how its shoddy construction isn’t a mistake. It’s a clear signal of priorities, and ones we need to actively, urgently rebuke. ethanmarcotte.com/wrote/a-noti...

Want to build faster websites? Here's how:

- Learn how browsers parse, layout & paint
- Treat JS as a tool, not the foundation(!)
- Favor static HTML or server side rendering at all times
- Use Core Web Vitals alongside other metrics to learn shortfalls, improve and iterate

Then keep doing that.

While he has his failings, he's not one of the crazies.
“Republican Gov. Phil Scott has “politely declined” a federal request to deploy Vermont National Guard soldiers to Washington, D.C. as part of President Donald Trump’s controversial directive to tamp down on crime.“
It’s the second time he’s turned down Trump.
Phil Scott rejects second request to deploy Vermont National Guard, this time to Washington, D.C.
The Pentagon asked Vermont's Republican governor to send a "few dozen" soldiers to assist in President Donald Trump's controversial crime crackdown, according to Scott's chief of staff.

ICE used your taxpayer dollars to trick out a bunch of trucks in new livery, all painted black with "ICE" and a logo printed in gold on the side (and Trump's name in gold on the back window), then shoot a rap video in DC to post on social media.

I am not making this up.

Just added a new Tabs web component to Kelp!

Unlike nearly every other tabs web component you'll see in modern design systems, this one is actually functional before JS loads because it uses this cool new trick* called "progressive enhancement" 😂😂😂

@dbushell.com if I may suggest a one liner for instanciating a web component:

customElements.define('component-one', class extends HTMLElement {})

Also, the constructor() {super()} is optional.

Great read though, thanks.
