The Emperor is tactics and logic. He is experienced and wise. He is organised. He has systems that work.

Always liked this Death card: changes, but small ones. A reminder that we don’t have to burn the world down every five minutes. Many small steps add up to a long journey, in the end. Change happens, no matter what. Go with it—as the card says, we’re here for a good time, not a long time

Frost is that softening of memories, the glittering shimmer that hides the dark and blunts sharp edges. Wound Man is acknowledgement that the dark wounds and sharp edges are still there, but they are healing. The frost will thaw and maybe it won’t be pretty, but it will be a new start #COTD #Tarot

I don’t shuffle for reverses, but sometimes the cards turn themselves around anyway. As with this Death card, which right way up is a more literal death card than most. This way around… a reminder we must accept that even the cutest, fluffiest exterior contains dark, bony bloodiness.
