nah theres reasonable suspicion here, if you look at all the lines that point out from the center, they are all inconsistently angled after passing through other materials.
if you were doing this in any regular software, you could easily make these straight (used a ruler tool to compare)

still have no idea how the creative team is going to come up with 50+ new legends for arena, the ones we've seen so far look promising but if they're gonna have to do this for *every* card its gonna be rough. hell scions is already a bit of a stretch

first card is arena only, second one isnt. you can tell by the A where the stamp would be
also some cards get rebalanced for arena only formats, their names get that same A before the name to signify the rebalance

What most folks refer to as proxies tho are unofficial cards with non standard card backs, ranging from printed cards put in front of bulk cards in sleeves, to alternate artwork cards that someone went to a print shop to make.
