somehow despite me racking up a penalty of 12 on a room, it did not break this system despite meaning there were negative values being checked
on top of this, adding the penalty system somehow made the pathing feel smarter before the penalty system even came into play for some rooms???

i noticed the characters were getting stuck in corners so i added a penalty system to revisiting rooms in a short amount of time
this penalty system subtracts values from a 1-10 rng to make a weighted room picker more favorably pick new rooms than rooms recently visited
