Many indies ARE now on Itch, Kobo, etc, but many others are locked into KU. The 90 day exclusivity lock is something to bear in mind. It can’t always be FAST.
It’s a hard road to navigate & indies are doing their best to stay afloat while following the readers.

So readers, if you want authors on Itch and Kobo and Barnes and Noble, etc, make sure you buy off there! Too many authors have told me that they’ve since made their books widely available but the drop off in sales from the boycott hasn’t meant sales are rising elsewhere - sales have just STOPPED.

So had to go to a hospital recently. I have injured my spine, my legs lock up when I'm off meds and my feet are numb.
Doc says it may naturally heal, but it will take a long time.
I'm at home now.

Sometimes you do everything right and still get screwed. It's not really going to matter if it's your fault or not; it's going to matter if someone has your back and is willing to pick up your pieces with you. Figure out who's been there for you, and stick with them, and give back the same.
