If you can tolerate it, would recommend also loosely braiding your hair as a protective style. I usually do low pigtails and definitely has helped with tangles for me.

Holy moly, that's a lot! Got our's done Sep 24 and quote was over £2k after the grant with Octopus. House is 20yrs old, well insulated and we had 7 radiators replaced, so your quote is horrendous 😬

We lose a lot of daylight early at that time of year, but also it being rainy and cold 🫠. Idk which part of the UK you'll be in, but burrito up

Don't recommend relying on those products to get your SPF coverage since you need to put on so much just to get the advertised SPF.
