Nothing else has changed with their pose, and Gortash and Durge are still wearing their jewelry and accessories. Durge wears underwear that looks like his default sorcerer belt, and Gortash wears boxers that are both brown and dark grey in certain areas, the brown parts having the pattern of devilish faces on, while the dark grey has a faint pattern of a leopard’s markings. The dark grey and brown sections are divided by golden seams. Durge’s scales that were covered by the clothing are now more visible as well.

The Slayer form is sitting on the floor, a shadow cast beneath it as it holds its tail with one hand, another resting on its lap and leg, and the last hand is spread under Gortash just in case he falls so Durge can catch him. Gortash is swinging himself in the air while holding onto the Slayer form’s tusks, having silly fun from doing so and saying “weee!!”. The Slayer’s tail is wagging, Durge feeling very happy that Gortash is having fun as they hang out.

The clothes they wear could be seen as more modern or regular. Gortash has his usual undershirt on, and his belt buckle looks the same but with alteration to the actual belt. His pants are a darker shade of green and have a drawn Steel Watcher on the leg of it that’s a murky yellow, as well as chains. Gortash wears accessories on his left hand, pinkie to pointer finger decked in golden rings. He also has a wrist watch which doesn’t show any numbers, there being small cogs within it. Gortash also has a tattoo sleeve of two long and squiggly dragons on his left arm, the other barren of any tattoos. Durge wears a crop top that has the design of a skeleton with Bhaal’s markings around the head, the color a bright red. The skeleton has an open jaw, and the design shows it from the side, the neck and half the rib cage also included. There are darker roses that are more of the shade of the murky red top. Durge has a ring on his right ring finger, a little netherstone that matches Gortash’s ring, with his own small netherstone. Around Durge’s wrist there’s a necklace with the letters “EG”, which stands for “Enver Gortash”. Gortash has a matching necklace too, where the letters shown are “TDU” which stands for “the Dark Urge”. Gortash also has another necklace of an upside down hand, made from a polished black stone of some kind. Both Gortash and Durge have belt harnesses on, Durge’s being the lower body and Gortash’s the upper body. Durge’s pants looks like his regular sorcerer robe, mimicking some patterns and the belt, though only the shiny golden piece of it. Durge has piercings through his horn at his right side, that being of the Crown of Karsus near the end of the horn.
