Gotta be your resident pedant celiac over here and mention that actually quite a lot of body products, especially shampoo, have gluten ("hydrolyzed wheat protein!"). While celiacs generally don't react topically, being covered in the stuff is not ideal.

IMO they're completely different treats, and both tasty. My main issue with very expensive chocolate is that it's often chalky / not a great texture. I'm not talking about the roughy traditionally ground chocolate (love that!) but the stuff that's almost plasticky in texture.

Recovery is piece of cake. You'll feel fine same day. Prep is two days of suck: fasting, and then the drink. It tastes like really salty Gatorade and you have to drink gallons of it. Best advice I received is that a bidet or even just getting in the shower, will save your asshole from pain.

I love it but it makes me feel like absolute garbage so I don't drink it. It has something insane like 125g of simple carbs, with zero fat or fiber to mitigate it 😳 Definitely explains its effects on me.
