Guys I hate Discord, why did I try joining another one lmao. Idk of I'm doing something wrong but I'm always ignored over other people there, I sincerely don't get it. Even pics of my animals in the pet channel get completely passed over. It's like a clique no matter where I go 💀

Like that person I used to respect blaming the teacher who didn't cast them in a play one year for their spiral in life after their mom died, instead of you know, their living parent for not putting them in therapy? Posting it on the teacher's actual memorial post??? Unhinged at their age smh.
Every time I log into FB by mistake (I had to reactivate because someone posted my mom's vacant house with directions & I had to report it), I regret. It's always the most unhinged, unhealthy post at the top of my feed written by a real life acquaintance. Or an unhinged comment by a different one.

I often think about my coworkers from when I worked in a SPED class. Teacher's 1st year teaching with 5 paras who had been there 10 years. There was hierarchy and not enough educated people working with the kids (only highschool education required). The teacher & I were the only college educated ppl

My supervisor is begging me not to quit :') makes me feel bad. Keep remembering the look on his face when he gave me 2 awards at the big meeting months ago. At least I know I can go back if I need to. I feel weird leaving a job I'm so good at with people I like at it. I'm just soooo burnt out... :(

Put in my resignation for Oct. I know it's right. I just use that money for consumerism. Buying what I don't really need. It's addicting so I want to stop lol. Also, I love my job but it's dangerous sometimes. And also 5 years of a less-than part time where I have to give up every other weekend. Hm.

My bearded dragon died yesterday... He was 8. An old man, but many live longer these days so I expected more time. My habits of giving him greens is still here. So I'm cooking lunch and automatically move to give him greens from it, then remember. Or a bell pepper as a treat. :(

Some stupid urban explorer kid vandalized my vacant house recently. My neighbor saw them & chased them away but didn't take any photos. They came back, ripped the No Trespassing sign and broke a window. Hope they post a video somewhere so I can find and prosecute them.

My last paycheck was $170 lol. Why do I even bother working in the summer? XD It's almost $18/hr but my shifts are so short that when I take time off, I basically get nothing. It's better in the winter. Just gets in the way in summer. It's like a hobby instead of a job....

My job requires me to work every other weekend. Why do they think I'd be available to pick up any shifts on my weekends off in the summer, especially when I have kids? Especially on shorter notice? I'm going camping. Sorry I have a life & am already giving up half my summer for this part time job.

The Magicians is one of my all-time favorite shows, so it really sucks that the subreddit attracts a bunch of volatile adults looking to fight over nothing 😭 I'd expect that for a kid's show, but not a Millennial one. Post any innocent opinion there and a handful will downvote and fight you lol

Me: Okay it's almost time for my 16-year-old to go play in band for graduation. They know & everyone else in the house knows this, so even though I feel like I have to get up from my nap and get them ready, I will make myself relax & trust them.

Nevermind that I have two teenagers of my own, one who has two years left of highschool. I guess we'll have to try to find a new place to live for their senior year now. Not many affordable rentals for a family of 5. But whatever I guess. "Doesn't affect" us lmao. Fuck landlords.

And then a large group of people including two teenagers, stomp through, taking photos without asking, literally commanding us to move out of their way. Of course, acting like it isn't the home we live in, but a product they want to buy. Or move their teenagers into for college.
Rental company out of nowhere, suddenly announcing there will be a "viewing/showing" for the house we currently have lived in for 3 years. Us: You got our lease renewal right? What's going on??? Them: It doesn't affect you, but it's for some serious buyers.

I never thought I'd meet someone who thought it was a good idea to leave a car running while also intentionally propping open the door to the driver's side & walking away to go into a building, up a flight of stairs, with no line of sight to the vehicle... But I met him last night.
