My wife and I saw Jurassic World Rebirth yesterday. I'm sure plenty have heard me talk about how hard I had to try to like the Jurassic World trilogy, how many choices are made in each film that just felt insulting to the originals.
Without getting into spoilers, I'll just say that I LOVED it.

My wife and I saw Jurassic World Rebirth yesterday. I'm sure plenty have heard me talk about how hard I had to try to like the Jurassic World trilogy, how many choices are made in each film that just felt insulting to the originals.

If you are a roleplayer, you should take some pride and write your own profiles. And if you want to advertise an event with art. Draw it or, you know...commission someone to do it.

It's really quite sad how genAI seems to have seized roleplayers by the throats. Every other guild or event listing includes AI images, chatGPT written character profiles with generated contents... For a hobby based on creativity, a lot of people seem willing to ditch it as soon as they can 🤧

Had fun birding with my wife yesterday. We saw a lot of male red-winged blackbirds, and my BirdNET app says we have a lot of house sparrows and house finches. We also found a common raven and a black-billed magpie, and what was probably a group of Brewer's blackbirds. :3

Finally was able to watch Overlord The Sacred Kingdom in both sub and dub. You have no idea how badly I've been wanting to watch this, I'm going to listen to the audiobooks too, the only thing I'm upset about is that the cam recording I found didn't have the end credit scene. 😭

I strongly dislike when I need to stop someone mid conversation and explain basic trans etiquette to them. I don't understand how this stuff is so complicated to people... If you went this long on the internet without learning how to treat a human being it feels like you aren't safe to be around. 😒
