I agree, but I think WhatsApp is evolving into more of a social media app, especially with updates like Channels. It’s like public, external media is slowly encroaching on the app, pushing it closer to the mainstream social media model. feels like it’s heading that way

I went down a rabbit hole thinking, 'If Mark owns all three, why bother?' So I ditched Instagram and Facebook but kept WhatsApp. Honestly, it’s low-key the best—everyone I love is there. Bonus: the occasional ones I despise can’t see my story. Win-win
