Good for aid to continue flowing, not so much to leave such leverage for #Assad

I can only share this picture without explanation, and everyone will know that the destruction in these two pictures is due to terrorist Russia in Syria and Ukraine.

Russian Air forces committed a bloody massacre in #Jesr_Shoughour west of #Idlib, an hour ago, after targeting a popular market near the city, killing 9 civilians and injuring 30 others.

Gutted. Thaer al-Rahal was one of 750 migrants who boarded a trawler & ended up in one of the Mediterranean's deadliest shipwrecks. He needed to get to Europe to earn money to save his 4 yr old Khalid, who has leukemia & needs a bone marrow transplant. Thaer did not survive. 💔
