Been lifting for 3 years and totally agree on the benefits. Pull ups are my bane, but push-ups I can do now. I struggled with knee push-ups, but incline push-ups cracked it for me. Used a bar on a squat rack and just lowered the rests one notch every time I got comfortable at that level
