Hmm, a curveball.

The callsign may indicate a potential Z-9WA (as would the 9xx last three digits, as is typical of PLA Ground Force Av Brigade structures) but the hex code #7BB15C is already tied to a Changhe Z-10 LH993139 from 73rd Army Av Brigade.
