Congress finally got Epstein’s financial records, and right after that, Speaker Mike Johnson shut the House down. The timing looks shady as hell like they don’t want anyone digging too deep or asking the wrong questions. Whether it’s coincidence or cover-up, it sure doesn’t feel like transparency.

Since every Republican in Congress is repeating their false talking point over & over that “Democrats want to shut down the govt to give free healthcare to illegal aliens,” it would be helpful if some Democrats in Congress could address that argument with facts at some point.

I still can’t believe how WEAK our GREAT CONSTITUTION and CHECKS & BALANCES turned out to be. I’m not going to lie. I’m very disappointed. I honestly believed my Social Studies and American History teachers. I believed we had a great system of Government. I don’t feel that way anymore.
