They are not cables but a series of loops made as you knit, which are then successively fed one into the next to make the braid when you are at the end of where you want your line of the braid to end. There are videos that the designer has made to show how it is done 😃

They were fun to make. I had a little issue of trying to figure out how to secure the tassels as I found the instructions not very clear. They seem to be holding in place so far! 😁

Yes for some and not really for the rest 😂. I’m not sure what I’ll do with that suri but yes, it really is quite lovely!
