I also made front sprites of the male variant of Medii. Never did a sugi-style art of it though.
As you can tell, it's shiny sprite was to simply swap the color pallet to the other gender.

Ok... I actually made this about 10 days before Cufant and Copperajah got revealed with the release of SwSh, as I noticed that there wasn't an elephant Pokémon that was on the size scale of real ones, Phanpy and Donphan are just not tall enough.
It was Psychic-type.
