As much as I love my friends I can't really vibe with anyone else on the same level as I do with my sister. It's kind of strange in a way, we're completely different people with completely different interests unlike my friends whom I share many of my interests with, yet it still somehow makes sense

I mean, yeah you can flirt with her but she's not a real romance option. There's no extra romance content for her, no romance scene, and she doesn't give the romance achievement. The only extra is that you learn that her given name is Lace, which you won't find out if you don't flirt with her.
