Either case if there is a VP vacancy, the president nominates a new VP. If they're approved by the Senate, they become the new VP. 🛑

If they wish, the VP and at least half the cabinet have 4 days to send another letter to Congress saying "No, they really *aren't* 'fine'." Congress has 48 hours to take up the issue.

First, the VP and at least half the cabinet send a letter to Congress saying that they think the president is unfit. When that happens, the VP becomes the acting president. But wait, there's more!

The president can send a letter to Congress saying "No, I'm *fine*."...

In Amendment 25, there are four sections on presidential succession and removal. We're going to look at Section 4: Removal of president.

I've seen "TRUMP 2028" hats. Not going to repost one here; I think you can all imagine what that would look like.

So, then, why not one of these?
