We spent a lot of time in this class reflecting on ways to support others and and how to identify supports we need and how to ask for it. I'm so proud of them for listening and applying these concepts and for being honest about their needs with me.

i'll follow this up by saying lots of folks claim to be building community yet have no problem excluding people who don't meet the social media popularity metric

i also swear they have glade plug-ins OUTside their house. their entire place radiates that nauseating red party candy smell

i sympathize with this so much. we had smokers downstairs and ended up having to cover all vents with garbage bags and used a space heater instead. ironically, we now live in the country with a fireplace but in the summer neighbour's detergent is so strong and frequent that windows open is hard
