Was once told by a trans-specialized endo at a highly respected trans health clinic that real trans women don't have sex drives, and that nonbinary people weren't real and were just chasing clout.
Wanna know what being trans is like in a medical setting?
I went to see an endo who specializes in trans ppl to renew the HRT script I’d been on for 10+ years. He at my tits the whole time and finally asked “when was your breast augmentation?”
I explained I’d never had one and he scoffed at me.

Cis people are welcome to clutch as many pearls as they can fit, but the current climate of medical and social hostility to transition means that trans people are fighting against mountains of red tape just to be mistreated and abused by endos who don't know what they're doing and refuse to learn.
