I've had the same feeling & desire to detach from the screen. I started doing "couch doodles" as I call them. Completely different art style/subject to experience creation & joy differently.
Nothing too complex, but something that uses tangible medium akin to our youthful starts in art 🎨☺️

Albino were-bat/moth Amadi. They haven't seen light of day in years, but I always liked the design forged on half-moons & African roots.
I think if I redesigned them, i'd have more of a like long-armed gorilla stance with wings folded and end points towards sky or something.

I know you aren't looking for desk recs necessarily, but I have adored this desk for it's thin, sturdy, and portable design (diff colors too)
Easy to assemble (like 4 screws) and to take apart, the legs fold making it super easy to move, and I have two monitors & a 27" screen tablet on it!

You know, I looked up just now about built in timers on CSP (as a user myself), and came across this (see image).
Have not opened CSP to confirm & might be different based on license type (subscription vs one-time perpetual).

So I opted to animate over this portal painting. Timing is kinda all at once with frame limit, but I like how it turned out anyway. 🌿💜

They focused a lot on the furry/gay porn in his browsing history, too 🙄 (although he did have some potentially illegal content).
