This is Lupinus angustifolius L., known as Blue Lupin or Narrow Leafed Lupin, my favourite plant! It is a wild (but also cultivated) legume, native to the Mediterranean area. Look at those beautiful inflorescences 😍. It is also a crop wild relative!

Last week we were in #SierraAitana in Alicante, visiting some #Microrreserves of flora, exploring their potential for the establishment of #GeneticReserves of #CropWildRelatives.
