Can someone please tell me why sometimes Apple app icons are black background and sometimes later they’re white? Randomly? Glitch in the matrix?

Internet besties please help me find Uma Thurman’s go to jacket in “Dexter: Resurrection”.
All of my Googling points to sketchy not real sites and I refuse to believe Uma would be in some sketchy internet brand like New American Jackets. I’m guessing Barbour/Burberry/custom/vintage?
