No, I've always seen bradycardia defined as under 60
Bradycardia between 50 and 60 is fine, as long as you have no dizziness, shortness of breath, low blood pressure or chest pain. A heart rate below 50 is not okay. So yeah, a heart rate in the 50s is abnormal and possibly too low. Below 50 is TOO low.
