Proud to have won the NYCRUNS Prospect Park 10mi race this past weekend🥇my time was 1:01:49 (6:11/mile)

This was my first race in over a decade so I was surprised to take 1st place not only in my age group but the entire pool of runners. Congratulations to all of my fellow participants!

Playing at Bar Bayeux in a month. We’ll do old and new music of mine and maybe a surprise or two as well 🤷‍♂️ I really hope you can come hear it!

I’m fortunate to be joined by a truly world class band—we’ve been working it out for years now:

congestion pricing starts tn. It’s good. We need it to fund the MTA. Yeah, it’s a regressive tax but it’s also a tax on something we don’t want (traffic, lots of drivers, environmental damage etc.) and most major cities in Europe do something similar. I’ll debate it with any of my 20 followers 😂 💪

Man of the year; ringing the bell on Wall Street. Something sick about all of this. Something sick about us.

NY Mag'rs latest cover story shows exactly how damaging it is to have reporters who aren't tapped into the chronic illness or disability world writing abt this stuff. The vast majority of ppl w chronic illness do not support RFK, quite the opposite. Deeply misleading framing.
