Justice Wyant’s report on #CorruptCare states on Page 3 that “unlike a public inquiry, this investigation did not have power to subpoena or hear testimony under oath. As a result, people had the opportunity to decline to be interviewed. Some did.”

We need teachers and students back in school, NOW. The UCP needs to fix this by getting back to the table. Teachers deserve smaller classes, safer classrooms, better supports for students and to be fairly compensated. We stand with teachers, students and families.

This is a disturbing pattern of unethical behaviour from the Premier. As the Ethics Commissioner found, the Premier does not respect the independence of the judiciary or the Crown Prosecution Service.
