I had some harmonic egg therapy earlier today as part of me doing something for me. Many thanks to the charity #SomethingToLookForwardTo and to Bea at the #LightBulb in Wandsworth - more emotional than I thought. And it doesn’t involve me face planting the pavent getting there!

We used to have one in our house when I was a kid (parents are Ghanaian). We thought we were fancy by replacing the beads with glass marbles 🫧 Hoping it wasn’t thrown out over the years or is this an excuse to head to buy a new one…? 🤔
