When my gas oven went on the blink (igniter? who knows?) I replaced it with this convection oven with air fry and induction range. Did you know “natural” gas is full of carcinogens like toluene and benzene? No thank you! And we’ll get a rebate from Mass Saves. #masshole #SnakeOilMarketing <— coined?

The Can-Am Crown Sled Dog Races are coming to a close with 250 mile competitors finishing this afternoon! What a beautiful, sunny day for it, too!!

The Can-Am Crown International Sled Dog Race is getting *even more* snow, already several fluffy inches since this morning and it’s still falling, as are the temps — which is great for the dogs. The 30 mile finishers are all in. The 100 milers will start coming in ~9p. #mushersky #FortKent

The Can-Am Crown International Sled Dog Race is getting *even more* snow, already several fluffy inches since this morning and it’s still falling, as are the temps — which is great for the dogs. The 30 mile finishers are all in. The 100 milers will start coming in ~9p. #mushersky #FortKent

The hens are hanging out in the coop in all this New England wind this am. Caught Lucy on the nest, as usual, as she is always threatening to brood — with Ethel the Easter Egger and the Bielefelder twins watching out. Looks like Ethel laid a double yolker this morning!
