I haven’t played a CoD Black Ops game since BO2, but I’ve seen clips of the new one and it looks like you’re fighting the blight from Dragon Age now. Out here shooting at demons and stuff. I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it.

I’ve been cautious in my usage of AI for software development, but I’ve just seen Copilot being an option to use for code reviews in GitHub. Of course I’d rather have a human do it, but could it have some value in a small project where I don’t have other people to do reviews?

I can’t believe at one point I was struggling to get employed due to my lack of “job experience” and now not even 2 years later I feel like the most senior developer in my department trying to keep everything from falling apart.

Somone deleted a whole codebase at work and so the version we have is well behind what’s currently in deployment, and the deployment has critical bugs. They’re no longer on the team and we’re f*cked. ahHahahah

I don’t know if anyone is going to read this, but I just had the most BAFFLING developer experience.
Usually I can pin something down to my own stupidity, or a compiler error, or I needed to restart somethin. I actually can’t explain this one. Both client and server were restarted after every test.

There’s something so innately fascinating about subreddits that exist purely to hate on something. I keep getting recommended subreddits like r/applesucks and it reminds me of when I was 14 and took sides on everything from phones to consoles to peripheral brands. I hope these guys aren’t adults.

Pack it up boys, we can’t make fun of iPhones sticking to 60hz on their base models anymore. I don’t even have a reason to buy a pro model anymore going forward, which is good considering the price hike on em.
